Another Drawn Evidence flowchart, this one about statements being trustworthy or not.
This hand-drawn flowchart is designed to help answer one of the most common (and confusing) questions in Evidence law: Can this statement be trusted—and is it admissible? Built for law school and bar exam prep, this chart walks through the logic of hearsay, exceptions, and reliability in a clear, structured way. You can get a copy for yourself, as a beautiful art print for your office, dorm room, or otherwise here on my Etsy shop.
I created it in watercolor and ink while studying for my Evidence exam—trying to turn the chaos of FRE 801 and 803 into something that made visual, practical sense.
Printed in full color on premium heavyweight matte paper with a soft, smooth, non-reflective finish. The paper is 200 gsm (80 lb), uncoated, and FSC-certified or equivalent—ideal for long nights, cold calls, and your study wall.
Available in multiple sizes.
Thanks for visiting—here’s to trusting the process, if not the statement.
