Evidence Law Flowchart: Admissibility Checklist

Evidence Law Flowchart - Is it Admissible?
Another law flowchart I made in 2013 during my high gear of Bar Exam studying.

This is a hand-drawn, watercolor-and-ink flowchart of the major Evidence questions you’ll need to tackle in law school and on the bar exam. I originally created it during Bar Study — though I started it earlier in my own 2L year as a study tool—trying to make sense of hearsay, relevance, character evidence, and all the other tangled rules that show up on cold calls and multiple-choice questions alike.

The result is this big-picture checklist: a visual guide to help you stay oriented when analyzing Evidence problems under pressure. You can get it too, from my Etsy shop.

Printed in full color from the original artwork on premium heavyweight matte paper—smooth, uncoated, non-reflective, and built to last through exam seasons and beyond. The paper is 200 gsm (80 lb) and sustainably sourced (FSC-certified or equivalent).

Available in multiple sizes for your study wall, desk, or office.
Thanks for visiting—and good luck making (and keeping out) your record!
